I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Economics and Business of Universidad de Chile since 2017 and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Bristol in the UK since 2023. 

I'm also the Program Director of the MSc in Financial Accounting Information.

My research has focused on understanding how informed agents and sophisticated investors process and trade on financial information, with particular emphasis on insider trading, short sellers, sell-side analysts, and market efficiency. 

I hold a PhD in Finance from the University of Warwick in the UK and an MSc in Finance from Universidad de Chile.
