I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Economics and Business of Universidad de Chile since 2017 and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Bristol in the UK since 2023. 

I'm also the Program Director of the MSc in Financial Accounting Information and Chair of the Comité Técnico de Información Financiera (CTIF) since 2023.

My research has focused on understanding the interplay between transactions carried out by informed agents and the efficiency of the Capital Markets. My research interests are Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, Information Flow and Market Efficiency, and Corporate Governance. 

I hold a PhD in Finance from the University of Warwick in the UK and an MSc in Finance from Universidad de Chile.
